Nomenclature: "Kio" + "Shini"; Japanese words for "two" and "quiet" respectively, hence the name literally translates to "two quiet," meant to be seen as "too quiet." The catch is, he makes music.
One of the best lo-fi artists out there. Don't mess with him, he's very good at comebacks. He will 100% make you cry if you make one of his cry. All in all, a very nice and chill person.
