Kenzie is one of the most craziest people you will ever meet in life. She is very hyper and loves to be around people. Kenzie is someone that will make you laugh even when your feeling down. Kaenzig?

An expression of confusion after you suspect someone has misspoken.

It politely conveys that you did not entirely understand what the other speaker has said, and would like them to clarify any potential errors in their original sentence, all in one word. It's certainly more polite than saying "Did you mean ___?"

A: "Looks like we don't have anything to screw in these nails with."
B: "Kaenzig?"
A: "Oh shit fam you right, I meant 'hammer' these nails."
