When you mean what you say, but you don't say what you mean.

Keeping it 70 is when its not a lie, but not the whole truth.
examples:
"I don't believe so" (Because I know so)
"I feel like I've played within the rules" (that I set for myself).

Someone that has a lot of pubic hair.
Whether a man or woman.
They are keeping the 70's alive.
