Juke Box Hero

1. a star whose songs grab a lotta coins in a jukebox so those specific songs are played.

2. of course, the term is also the title of a 1982 hit by the band Foreigner. It's from their epic hit album "4" (yes, that's the name of the album!).
1. whenever I was in Papa John's pizza joint with a girlfriend or solo, I'd often put in 50 cents to play "Astronomy Domine" by Pink Floyd. It sounds like some sort of "rock'n'roll Star Trek". In that respect, Syd, Roger, Richard and Nick are juke box heroes.

2. When I saw Foreigner live, the concert concluded with "Juke Box Hero" and just before the coda there would be a smoke bomb exploding with a thunderous boom on stage and emitting green smoke.

Jukebox Hero

A faded rock star who doesn't have any hits in contemporary times however their tunes live on in jukeboxes worldwide and on classic rock radio. A hit making recording artist from another time who is now probably more than likely leading a cover band coming to a state fair near you.
70's hit makers, one-hit wonders, pop radio staples, commercials sample these songs. These bands are your grandpas rockers ala BTO, Blue Oyster Cult, Montrose, Pat Travers. Back in the day, grandpa would crank up the 8 track in the Trans-Am and rock out like he was a jukebox hero, imagining groupies, wild parties and endless booze parties.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
