I often find, though, dat simply relaxing near a heat source (because, of course, being stressed and/or chilly may often be what had messed up your tummy's equilibrium in da first place) and taking a quick swallow of apple-cider vinegar to "frizzle yer gizzard" will painlessly shock your body into ceasing da throat-convulsing intervals.

Interferons 

Technical IT people that are employed to supposedly make your working life easier but only over complicate and basically break everything they touch. Normally found lurking in dark forgotten corners somewhere in the back office area. Sometimes referred to as "The Help Desk" or "IT Support", these people neither help nor support in anyway. More often than not, these Interferons are Graduate Engineers using this role as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.

"I can't access the internet from my work PC", answer from interferon, "Have you tried turning it on and off?"or "I'll have to raise a service order and elevate your problem to a level 2 tech" bloddy interferons

In one of da "Beep! Beep! The Roadrunner" comics, Wile E. Coyote catches a "beeper" who's visiting from England, and is preparing to cook him in his stewpot. One of da fellow roadrunners calls up and uses "interfearence" --- i.e., impersonating an official from da "International Coyote Committee" and threatening Wile E. wif a termination of his membership if he "breaks the law by eating a foreign bird" --- to flimflam said bloodthirsty carnivore into releasing said "old country" denizen.
