Alani gave her endorsement to door six.

endorsement bombing

On LinkedIn, you can add skills to others profiles by "endorsing them". Endorsing people for nonsensical skills — like "Fashion" for neck-beard computer programmers or "Ice Cream" for just about anyone — leads to hilarity for all.
Oh man, I spent some time endorsement bombing the shit outta Josh the other day. His mom is gonna flip when she see he's recommended for his Bondage skills.

Reverse Psychology Endorsement

A type of endorsement (usually done by celebrities) that tricks people into thinking a celebrity is not being paid to promote or endorse a product/company. A celebrity may talk down about a company or a company may even make a publicity stunt to pay the celebrity not to promote their product/company. You think there is no endorsement deal, but in reality, you're being tricked into seeing that product/company's name.
In August 2011, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, from MTV's Jersey Shore, was offered a significant sum of money by Abercrombie & Fitch Co. to NOT wear A&F clothes.

Farrakhan Endorsement

n. Inability for the person to endorse a person because of an individuals status. Usually they are a controversial figure or diametrically opposed to the candidates views. It also entails picking the lesser of the evils and having an overall disdain for the institution of the government.
Ron Pauls support of Obama. He is a republican so he has to give him a Farrakhan Endorsement. Colin Powell saying he is "undecided" about who he will vote for. Sharpton saying "I realize I will hurt a candidate, so I wont endorse him."

most sales tact to gain a profit margin is a positive sounding idea, but could lead the consumer to a negative out come for their budget if they truly cannot afford the overhead of the product they are being sold. Which in the end does nothing for either the consumer or marketer and causes a negative relationship in the end.

Another words, You reap what you sew and you will see in heaven what you wish for on earth.
J: what are you doing to my head you crazy preachin' woman?
Peachy: Trying to save your darn relationship with your wife and children. remember why you loved and created the family you did. Your relationship needs some positive re-inforcement before it all slips away and the children are hurt. Seen it one too many times even in my own life.

P1: Why won't you just buy what I'm selling you. you know you NEED this.
Smartartded P2: No, really I don't. Can't afford it. It will cause damage to some ones feelings and is really not my idea of faith before fury. Do you know me at all or do you go by the idea in your own head to help you sleep at night?

Market: Buy, buy, buy, sell, sell, sell,....!!! Get money, play honey, and earn my nuggets!
Smart consumer: Your in desperate need of some Positive re-inforcement in your tact partner;) Looks aren't every thing, connection and personal relationships that are not just profitable marginal are!

undorsement

When the brand pays a celebrity to ask them not to use their product for fear that it would tarnish the brand.

Opposite of endorsement.
The Situation received an undorsement when Abercrombie & Fitch offered him "a substantial payment" not to wear its clothes after it revealed it was "deeply concerned" that the 29-year-old "could cause significant damage" to the brand's "aspirational nature".
