Philly slang for a bloody or fat lip. The term refers to the similarity in color of ones lips after eating a cherry water ice, to that of a bloody or fat/red lip after a fight.
Watch what you say out your mouth because I might go in it. I'll give a nigga a cherry water ice, fast.

The condition often associated with working at a water-ice venue such that color or perhaps miniscule pieces of water-ice are embedded in and around one's fingernail from constant exposure to large amounts of particulary pigmented water-ice, such as cherry.
