1. a noun used to name haybails, referring to when they are especially "happy"
2. to describe haybails when not wanting to or subsituting the word "gay"
3. using this will describe the indescribable feeling of playing on haybails, when you are extremely happy.

"let's go play on the happy bails, TJ!"
