gopher knobbin

The act of eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich on whole wheat bread while running backwards.

I was in a rush to get home but I was just handed a delicious pb&j on whole wheat so turned around to say thanks to the pb&j giver and before I knew it I was gopher knobbin.
