The road dirt and cigarette smoke that forms on the inside of car windows, mostly noticed at night or when someone touches the window.

“Hey man, stop touching the windows, your smearing my ghetto-tint.”

“Hey man, the on-coming cars headlights really show how dark your ghetto-tint is.”
