gay cat face

An extreme version of 'gay face' in which the person's face shares some similar features to that of cat. For example, gay cat face is associated with very pronounced cheek bones and an upturned nose.

"That guy is totally hot, except that not only does he have gay face, he kind of has gay cat face."
