forced frivolity

Any mandatory organizational activity supposedly designed to encourage comaradarie and build personal and working relationships by forcing you to hang and socialize with people with whom you work and that you would never consider spending time with outside of work.
Another afternoon of "forced frivolity," management's answer to team building!

alcohol-induced frivolity

Fun and/or joy induced by alcohol consumption. Used in the TV Series "The Big Bang."
After leaving the bar Cheers, Jack and Diane engaged in some alcohol-induced frivolity.

Frivolize

To help a person realize that their frivolous thoughts or ideas are frivolous. Essentially "dumbing down" their frivolous thoughts or ideas to help them realize how frivolous their thinking was if that person has not realized it.

Frivolize is a combination of the terms "frivolous" and "realize." May also be spelled "frivolise," due to how the U.K. spelling of "realize" is "realise."
You shouldn't public advertise your concern because it is a frivolous concern; however, you do let such frivolous concern bother you, which means you don't realize how frivolous your concern is. Therefore, let me try to "frivolize" your concern to a more comprehensible level for you.

frivolishous

I was searching for a catchy title for my Friday videos. Everyone looks forward to Friday for fun and frivolity. I decided to combine frivolity with delicious to describe a light-hearted way to approach the beginning of the weekend. Hence, Frivolishous.
Riding a rollercoaster is the most frivolishous thing I've ever done!

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
