Fetbait is short for fetish bait.

It refers to content that is technically not sexual, but is portrayed in a way that implies sexual content- usually aimed towards a specific fetish or kink.

Fetbait can take the form of content featuring feet, mukbangs with phallic foods, suggestive cooking videos, and many more.

Many "5 Minute Crafts" videos can be considered fetbait.

Person A: "Why is she smashing it with her feet? There's gotta be an easier way to do that!"

Person B: "because it's fetbait, dude."

Fedbait 

Fedbait is a public statement made verbally or electronically that is meant to entice the Federal government to suspect you are either a spy, a terrorist, or an otherwise unstable person, and therefore to spy on you.

We were at a non-violent marijuana-reform march when Eric started chanting, "F-B-I, C-I-A, F-U-C-K Y-O-U!" It was blatant Fedbait.
