Feelbird is constant complaining and whining about nothing for no reason. It is synonymous to "feel bird", which is masturbation of nothingness, when compared to having real sex. So feelbirding is simply about nothingness and an irritation to people around him/her.
He is feelbirding again. The assignment is within his area of expertise, why can't he just do it and stop his usual nonsense.
