A burrito made with scrambled eggs, meat (sausage, ham, crab, etc.) and onions, jalapeños, green chiles, or other additions as you like. Must have shredded cheese and topped with green Chile enchilada sauce and more shredded cheese, then baked until cheese melts.

The heavenly food was christened as the Eggrito and was also proclaimed by Matt as to be the name of his son if he ever had a half-Mexican, half-Chinese child.
