dome sacked

the act fo placing one's pubical sack upon a fallen enemie's (or in some cases, friend's) head, or "dome". usually done to show dominance and/or embarrass another. similar to "teabag". often used during firefights in first person shooter video games.

The act of pulling up the skin from your sack so it covers your penis, making it look like a dome.
