dopenoodles

(1)So oneday Leah and Salina thought dope sauce was lonely, so we invented "dope noodles". It deprives from the popular word dopesauce. Dope noodles is what dope sauce is put on top of.
(2)Also, dope sauce can be referred to someone/something being awesome and very cooleo.

(1)ex. To give your dope sauce that extra BAM-SHA-BAM, add dope noodles!

(2)ex. Boy: "Wanna suck my dick?"
Girl: "Sure!"
Boy: "Dopenoodles!"
