Someone who can't be like others and do what is asked, but one who has to always do more and make other cats look bad.

Boy 1: Hell naw! Dude took my bookbag!

Girl 1: Ms. Smith asked for a 10 page report.
Girl 2: Man, she be doing to much!
Girl 1: I know right!

verb. doing more than needs to be done or should be done.

Say some girl likes a guy at a club, so she follows him around and tries to talk to him at every chance she gets, even though he is clearly uninterested.

"Look at that poor girl, she's doin too much!"

Also, girls and guys who are obviously trying way too hard to act cool or look good.

"Did you see that girl with her titties hanging out for everyone to see? She's doin way too much!"
