Dinosaur Arms

1. Adj. Used to describe anyone or anything suffering from almost any kind of retardation.
Refers the forearms of a T-Rex which, although the best dinosaur, suffered from tiny stunted dinosaur arms.
It is thought that T-Rex suffered from the aforesaid cripple-tastic limbs because otherwise, it may have been just TOO awesome.
2. Insult used when someone does something retarded.

1. (Dinosaur Arms Sufferer, let's call him Colin): "Woah hey guyz, I just heard that homosexuals are gay!"
(Cool Dude): "Damn, that Colin is SO Dinosaur Arms"
(Hip Fellow): "Word to your Mother"

2. (Colin): "Zomg, I just dropped my pocket on the floor!"
