Dingy is slang for something or someone stupid or weird. It can be used as an interjection as well. Other forms of the word include dingies, ding and dingus. Commonly used with the word ringy in the phrase "ringy dingy."
Example 1
Tom: Let's play baseball in my backyard.
Frankie: No, you are a dingus. You are weird.
Ethan: Yeah, you dingus.

Tom: Dingy! I fell in the pond!
Mia: Haha! Tom fell in the pond! That dingus.
Hailey: Tom is stupid. He is a dingus.
