A deaf person starts ranting incoherently as if he/she thought their speaking skills were outstanding is a deaftard.
Any deaf person who doesn't fit into society and our norms is a deaftard by any means.

Deantard

An especially retarded retard. Often without the ability to string together simple syllables. Often used as a derogatory term for people with the christian name 'Dean', who are scaffolders in the Northampton area.
