Dead Wed is act the act of of promising. It is used when promising to someone similar to the word “bible” but much better. When writing Dead Wec it always starts in capitals because it is cool like that

Cool dude: “Please don’t tell anyone man”
Cool man: “Don’t worry man I won’t”
Cool dude: “Dead Wed”?
Cool man: “Yes, Dead Wed
