To compulsively download as much data as possible during the last few days of each billing cycle in order to use up as much of the leftover internet usage allowed in your plan before it all expires.
Data mania will distort your sense of time and in many cases affect your social life.

I've been glued to the screen for days, with a bad case of data mania. Only got 1 day and 100 gig of downloads left on my plan!

Dataomania 

Term used to describe an individual who is obsessive about the collection, preservation, and hoarding of computer data. A person with this is called a "dataomaniac". See also: Data Hoarder
