The act of typing in a way that is meant to be overly cute. This may or may not include emoticons, dashes to imply stuttering, emotes, tildes, referring to oneself in third person or media to accompany the message.

Person 1: Hey, have you seen Person 3 around?
Person 2: Yeah, they’ve been cuteposting a lot in general chat.
Person 3: H-hello! Person 3 heard you were looking for them? ;w; I-is Person 3 in trouble? unu
