Exactly the same as a culdesac except it's located in the ghetto instead of the suburbs.

culdesac - a flashy version of the dead end. a place where white kids ride their bikes in circles.

culdeblack - worse than a normal dead end. you should turn around in someones driveway instead of turning around here.

somebody shot out my windshield when i went around the culdeblack.

Dundonian slang for what is also know as Piggyback
It is when person1 is carrying person2 on their back by supporting person2's legs round there waist and person2 has their arms around person 1's shoulders.
