Someone who takes creeper photos of other people without their permission. Photos may or may not show up on Facebook.

That guy is such a creeperazzi, he's been taking photos of me all night.

Creeperatism

pronounced (Bren-tus), is defined as the act or acts of being creepy. Examples include but are not limited to knowing everything about a person or persons by searching Facebook, Twitter, or other online social networks, and posting on conversations that do not necessarily pertain to said individual.

I knew he was a creeper but I did not understand the full extent of his "creeperatism".
