Until this day schools with a long historical standing like Harvard, Dartmouth, Yale, Brown, Penn, Princeton and Columbia still issue fancy Latin diplomas. Whereas younger colleges like UChicago, Stanford and MIT founded since the late 19th century only issue modern English diplomas.

3. One of the most comprehensive universities. Like Harvard and Penn, Cornell has all the major schools including Law School, Business School, Medical School, School of Engineering, School of Design, and the College of Arts and Sciences
