They are like brownie points but actually for bad deeds, or when you are an asshole towards the person you hate the most, and they acknowledging how much they hate you.

Cootie Points

the point system of lies, sweetened sarcasm, exaggeration, and "kiss-assing" used by males to better assure their chances of gaining the attention of a desired female, in the hopes of "getting some booty" (SEX).
Ex:

"Oh babe, you have the sexiest sneeze."
"Of course your little brother can come with us to the movies"
"Damn baby, I love your new haircut, I really liked you with hair, but I LOOOOVE you without any."

Examples of Use:

"I hate how every time I make fun of sarah, john comes to her rescue, trying to earn him some Cootie Points."
"I know I lied when I called her sexy, I was just trying get me some Cootie Points."
