An apparatus used by humans with sleep disorders. A mask with a long hose resembling a large cock is placed over the face while sleeping to help with breathing. Also known as Gonzo mask due to its resemblance to Gonzo from the muppets.

When a person wears their face mask and covers their mouth but leaves their nose hanging out and exposed.
People need to cover their noses too when they wear face masks instead of mask cocking with their noses hanging out.
