To remove from ones collective group suddenly without remorse, no explanation but vaguely justifiable to encourage caution and fear for those that remain to accomplice the task.
He just chrisercise John from the group, I'm not sure why it was totally unfair. I want to keep my spot to see what's going on, I better participate or I'm next.
