n: 1)someone who is overly obnoxious with a humongous mouth and makes little to no sense
2)an annoying chick who hurts your ears but is somewhat loveable
v: to run off your mouth loudly to cause discomfort or fatigue to others. usually is irrelevant to surroundings or previous conversation
