ANother lovely term in Hinglish from Bollywood and Aamchi Mumbai. Chai is Tea, kitli is teapot and garam means hot. When literally translated, "the teapot is hotter than the tea it contains". It is used to denote a person who who claims to be more intelligent/smarter than they appear.

It technically is an Indian saying of Hindi language meaning someone who is way to excited about something or someone (often more than primary stakeholder) which is remotely related to him.
She is flaunting about her nephew's success way more than his own mother, chai se zyada kitli garam hai.
