1) SHOUTING WHILE CHATTING BECAUSE ALL CAPS IS ON.

2) Chatting on public platforms like facebook and google without regard for anyone's privacy (self nor involved parties with regard to subject, plaform, context, participants,...) which is real-life equivalent of shouting in every conversation.

Etymology: Combination of chatting and SHOUTING often stylized as chOUtING because this emphasizes the combined character of the word.

1) in chat ALICE is chOUtING (meaning 1)
Alice: WHAT HAPPEND TO MY LETTERS?
Bob: Did you accidentaly press CAPS LOCK?
Alice: WHAT IS CAPS LOCK???

The act of overly and unnecessarily checking on someone or something.

If you sit a pan of cookies in the oven, and check them every 30 seconds for the entire 45 minutes it takes to bake them, then you are Choating the cookies.
