Breath Cancer 

1) Chronic bad breath. Breath so foul; the stench of which is tantamount to that of a diseased, deceased, decaying carcass inside one's mouth.

2) Chronic bad breath from smoking cigarettes.

1) Don't let his pretty smile fool you; Larry actually has some of the worst breath cancer you'll ever encounter.

2) Five hours after his last cigarette, Larry's breath cancer finally began to wane.

Breath Cancer 

1) When someone's breath is SO rancid, you can't help but utter, "Yer breath is KILLIN' me (smalls)!!" Hence the term: Breath Cancer. Breath that Kills. It's no joke!

2) OR, when yer friend has a "thinko" as she tries to say 'Breast Cancer', and really she says, 'Breath Cancer'. Then you erupt in laughter cause it's just THAT funny!

Oh my Gawd, did he just eat a clove of garlic? He has total Breath Cancer!!!
