Butt-sexual 

One who takes pleasure in anal play, otherwise known as butt sexing. Usually used in a derogatory manner to put one's (typically that of a heterosexual male) sexual orientation into question. In looser terms, it is used as a substitute for insults such as jerk or asshole.
