Bum Plunger
A Bum Plunger is used on a congested anus, where the host's feces are as solid as a boulder. Use of a Bum Plunger may assist in the release of said boulder. Possible side effects may include feelings of homosexuality and profuse bleeding from the rectum.
Oh man I haven't pooed today, it feels like a boulder is sitting inside of me. Jimmy, get the Bum Plunger!
