The trait of being low budget no balling broke empty pocketed million bucks shorter being a millionaire needy and costly thus being deadweight

There's a group of people h e c t and o we're all hanging out and H e C T and o were all at the mall and as they as they were shopping they ended up running into r well r ended up having no money wanting to be purchased a lot of things borrowed money and with no intention to pay back and that in itself is an example of low budgetness
