Usually they make up a personality to match with the person they are targeting. They will lie, hide information or do any other kinds of morally bad things to get the job done.
They don't care about you or how you feel, if something gets what they want, they'll get it done at the cost of any morality.
This is mainly due to the lack of empathy and regard for other people's feelings.
Some may even diagnose Buddhinis as sociopathic and/or narcissistic.
