When some one, male or female, gets MAN balls to their face. Some people like it but most dont't.

Man, I just took balls to the face, It was awesome. A little hairy but i can deal with that.

Used to indicate someones displeasure, discomfort, or general unhappiness with a given set of circumstance. Can be shortened to just balls

Damn was that long ass homework assignment balls to the face.
Hanging out with you is like getting balls to the face.

a lovely expression perfected by laynie.
it is used when you are pissed or when you want to say it.
usually said when balls are taking to the face, when a mans genitalia is flown in an upward direction towards a male or females face, usually causing pleasureful pain.
