a literal bag, or some sort of assortment of drugs commonly associated social doing, euphoria, or happy trips i.e. ecstasy/molly, LSD, Shrooms, Marijuana, etc.

Guy: "Hey man, could you ask your guy if he has LSD this week again?"

Son: "Dude! I was just at a dubstep concert last night, I coulda gotten you candy bags for cheap!"
