Is a stomach virus which couses diarreah, neusea, and vomiting. It is cought when a victim drinks teinted water whilst on a trip in mexico or some other suthern country where the water isn't quite so clean.

Dude, no way I'm going to mexico. Last time I was there I caught Monta Zuma's revenge!
