Term used a response to just about anything. Literally can mean whatever you want it to mean.

"Hey bro, do you want to grab lunch tomorrow?"

"Z-MINUS!!!!!"

Z-Minus

A grade far below the typical F. So poor that fail would be an understatement. A very bad score.

From Peanuts comics, where Peppermint Patty often gets "Z Minus" grades on her homework, tests, etc...

Some yellow rag gave Concord a AAAAA rating. I give it a Z-Minus.
