"YPPH" is an acronym for "Young Professionals in Public Health". This is a stratified competency and mentoring programme of the West African Institute of Public Health (WAIPH) that builds the capacity of young public health professionals to be more responsive to public health issues in people-centred health systems-focused manner.

Young Public Professionals in Public Health (YPPH), the West African Institute of Public Health's flagship programme for building the region's young public health workforce to be people-centred and health systems focused is setting the pace for a new public health order.
