1.A sarcastic, yet obvious, dissimination of disbelief in what people are saying. i.e. calling people out on their bullshit.
2. Conveying belief that the probability of an event or something being true is zero in response to a question or a weak statement.

Bob: OU will beat Texas this year

Ms. Palin: Yea right!!
