Wolobong is a slang phrase for the word 'penis', if said in a texas accent. It is also an unknown australian object which will soon be discovered. ;)

1.Literally the unexpected and hasty process of kicking a dog in the balls.

2.Used as a greeting between friends. A joking insinuation that the greeter is threatening to kick your dog in the balls.
