Place where stoners wander aimlessly all day, trying to find enough people to "throw in" some money for pot. they then get blazed behind the middle school er wherever and go do stuff in random places all over town.
Stoner 1: "Dude, what do you wanna do?"

Stoner 1: "Well, I got like.. 3 bucks. Wanna throw in for some weed?"

Stoner 2: "Duude.. let's go like.. get Patrick to get us some free Wendy's and.. uuu.. what was i sayin?"

Also known as Funchester, a small town near the West Virginia/ Virginia state line. Known for being a great retirement community, it boasts a complete lack of anything fun or interesting to do. When visiting, one must beware the rednecks who infest the area.
"I'm visiting my parents in Winchester, VA this weekend..."
