Whosetouche

A french-sounding phrase for those who don't know if the grammar is "Who's to say" or "Whose to say", and will probably never remember but are tired of being corrected by nerds with nothing better to do.
Becky: "do you think it'll rain tomorrow?"
Albert: "Whosetouche."
Becky: "It's who's to say, actually."
Albert: "We're speaking, how do you know how I spelled it in my head? Also I used the scholar's Whosetouche."
Becky: "Oh my mistake! Touche."
