Whakfuzzled

An expression of confusion, so exacerbating or disorienting that words are said out of sequence yet enunciated exactly as if they were in correct order, often misplacing punctuation such as question or exclamation marks.

Dave: "....What Fuck? the"
Jim: "What did he just say?"
Mike: "He's just a little Whakfuzzled. Let it happen."
