Wagoogistan 

Wagoogistan is a country within central Virginia and is home to the Shrumni. Wagoogistan has a nuclear arsenal estimated to be in the thousands and although not recognized as a global power is the host of many underground PMC groups throughout the world.

Wagoogistani PMC's were responsible for the capture and killing of the Shrumnigga Silas Vanderlin, a notorious gang leader.
