It is a harsher version of the word stfu. It is as if u were telling someone to "stfu", but so much so that it is as if you were to uppercut them with it.

Man 1: HEY DUDE IM SO COOL!
Man 2: dude shutup.
Man 1: DUDE BUT IM SOOOOOO COOL!
Man 2: dude stfu!
Man 1: DUUUUUUUDE!!!! IM SOOOO COOL!!!!
Man 2: DUDE THATS IT!!! STFUPPERCUT!!!
